Frequency is my principal life’s work. It is a trust-based, whole-system platform and living mission designed to help people understand themselves, build meaningful relationships, coordinate resources, exchange value and participate in regenerative ways of living.

It began in Barcelona in 2018 as a community and regenerative Village project, and developed through years of lived experience, research, dialogue and community practice — an ongoing inquiry into what another way of living might require.

It is now becoming the digital and physical infrastructure needed to connect people, projects, resources, tools and places around a shared movement towards greater consciousness, trust and whole-system wellbeing.

Frequency is the primary living expression of much of my philosophy. But its purpose is not to remain centred upon me — it is intended to become an evolving ecosystem carried by the people, communities and future custodians capable of serving its deeper mission.
